Boot Camps and Group Training | Korufitness

I am currently offering a Boot Camp for a full body workout that will burn fat and build lean muscle through bodyweight and cardio exercises. This is our 5th time around so spots are limited!

Venue: Mid-South Fencing Club, 125 Gregson Street, Durham

When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (New bootcamps start all the time, call 919-491-0063)

Time: 6:15 - 7:15 AM

You need: A workout mat, hand weights (5-12 lbs women, 10-20 lbs men) water bottle and a positive attitude.
