Boxing is a great way to get fit: it relieves stress and helps you gain confidence. And boxing is the best way to shed those pounds! It is all about footwork, breathing, and balance. I boxed as an amateur and I love to incorporate it in to my workouts. When you are boxing with me, you will be concentrating so hard on correct form, breathing technique, and following my instructions that you will have no idea how hard your body is working.
